I was born & raised in Northern New Jersey. I’ve always had a passion for Hot Rods and Drag Racing; always a self-motivator, wanting to learn and do as much as possible in the Automotive and High Performance world.

As a young man I worked in Auto Parts, a Transmission Shop and then as a GM ASE Certified Master Technician. During all this time I was also working on the side Repairing & Building Drag Racing Cars and Racing Transmissions.

Moving to Southside Virginia opened new doors and opportunities. I continued to work in GM Dealers until 1996, when I took a leap of faith and opened Virginia Speed Race Cars.

I’m still learning and improving, always making the next job better than the last. Quality being number one along with safety, all at a fair price and a business philosophy of honesty. I will always strive to do my very best for each and every client.
